The Music Team strives to live lives of extravagant worship while bringing others into the presence of God.  Operating at a high level of excellence, this ministry rehearses every Thursday at 7:30 pm, and leads worship every Sunday morning at 10:00 am. The music is primarily contemporary (Tommy Walker, Hillsong, Martha Munizzi, Israel Houghton) coupled with original songs written by team members and traditional hymns. This is a fun-loving group that is focused on the mission of the church and driven to give God it's best. We believe that we can change the world as a result.

How To Get Involved

Anybody and everybody is welcome to be a part of the Music Team.  Every person must have an assessment with the leaders of the ministry before he or she can participate.  The assesment is merely a process by which we will determine where your skills lie so that your gifts may be used to their greatest advantage.  There is a basic skill level required to take part in Sunday morning worship.  If that skill level is not there, it does not mean that you can't ever participate.  We will be more than happy to guide you to places and people that will help you improve.  We encourage people to work hard and to be assessed more than once so that we can include everyone in our worship service.

Also, everyone is required to sign a form in agreement to the Music Team Expectations.  There is a form that outlines the expectations per position in the team and one that outlines the general expectations for everyone.  If you're interested in joining or have more questions, contact Lisa Roule (lroule73@hotmail.com,) Mark Rottman or Linda VerVoorn.
